Got pool questions? We've got answers.

Q: Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we have access to the pool and any equipment areas, you don’t need to be there. We’ll send a photo report after each visit so you know exactly what was done.

Q: How do I know how many gallons my pool holds?
If you don’t know, no problem — we can estimate it based on measurements or guide you through using an online calculator. Gallon size helps us dose chemicals properly, so it’s good info to have.

Q: What areas do you service?
We’re based in Summerville, SC and currently serve most of the surrounding Lowcountry — including parts of Charleston, Daniel Island, Mt. Pleasant, Goose Creek, Ladson, and more. Not sure if you're in our range? Just reach out.

Q: How long should I wait to swim after a cleaning?
It depends on the chemicals used. We’ll let you know after each visit, but as a rule:

  • Chlorine shock: wait 24 hours

  • pH balance: usually safe within 1–2 hours

  • Algaecide or floc: may need a full 24–48 hours

Q: My pool is green — can you fix it?
Yes. We offer green-to-clean services that restore your water over a few days (depending on severity). Pricing is case-by-case, but we’ll walk you through it before we start.

Q: What kind of equipment do you use?
We use pro-grade tools and battery-powered vacuums like the Bottom Feeder for efficient, deep cleaning without draining your pool. It’s fast, quiet, and built for real results.

Q: Do you offer recurring service?
We don’t currently run a large weekly route — we’re appointment-only to keep the service more flexible and personal. Because of demand, we may be opening recurring memberships soon, but spots will be limited

Q: Do you service Airbnb or vacation rental pools and spas?
Absolutely. We know timing and presentation matter with short-term rentals, and we tailor service for quick turnarounds, spotless water, and clear reports for your guests.
